💼 About the Role


As a Field Sales for Businesses at Cristo, you are pivotal to our company's growth. It all starts with you! As sales hero of an ambitious team, your job is to hunt for new leads and transform Belgium' offices into active and engaged customers! The ultimate goal is to have our coffee on the maximum number of offices across the country. 



🔥 Key Responsibilities


Own the full Sales Cycle, from first call to contract signing. This includes prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting our solution, negotiating terms and closing deals. Our customers are big firms like Delen Private Bank, Odoo, BMW, D’Ieteren and also many small companies with 2 to 150 employees, but we need more and more… .


Proactively seek out new business opportunities in Belgium. Use a variety of methods, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.


Develop and maintain strong relationships with office managers and decision-makers. Understand their needs, address their concerns and ensure a positive experience with our product.


Craft and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to each prospect. Clearly communicate the value and USP of our coffee, addressing specific pain points.


Gather and relay feedback from clients to our founder. Provide insights into customer preferences, challenges, and suggestions to help shape the future development and service of our product.


Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans. Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth to inform strategic decisions.


Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in the coffee sector. Continuously improve your sales techniques and knowledge to stay ahead of the competition


 

😊 About You


Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant sales experience.


You are tenacious, talented, and eager to show people a better way to enjoy coffee in offices.


Customer-focused: You don’t just sign and run. You ensure that our product and service bring real value to customers and their businesses, encouraging them to recommend our solutions.


Strong time management and organizational skills enable you to work independently and efficiently.


You’re highly competitive and results-driven — achieving your targets is a top priority.


A solid understanding of the Belgian market is essential, paired with a strong passion for coffee.


Languages: Dutch.


Fluent French and English is a strong advantage.
